From 3-7 June, Dylan Harding-Dooley from St Laurence School in Bradford-on-Avon did his work experience with NAS. With Dylan's love of military history, it seem natural to assign him to help our volunteers' work on the Big Cannon Project.

Under the guidance of volunteers Paul Harwood (expert web developer) and Nick Reed (cannon boffin), Dylan was instructed to put the crowd sourced database through its paces and find all the bugs to be fixed. Dylan did this with great relish, Paul kept pace with the improvements and the database is much more useable as a result!

The video below is our first member's vlog (video diary). It was recorded in NAS's Trowbridge office (our Education Manager's lounge room!) with Dylan's family and friends in attendance to support him.
