Conservation

Conservation is one of the most important aspects of archaeology at all disciplines. With this two-day course you’ll get the opportunity to learn and be introduced to conservation of artefacts. You will look at artefacts and structures from a marine environment, and explore the decay process as well as learn important aspects such as first aid conservation and various techniques. This course will be a combination of both lectures and practical sessions giving you the best opportunity to learn about conservation.
