NAS Part III - Documentary Research

This is a two day course in the Research and IT Part III module.

The course costs £175

This course will look at carrying out historical research for shipwrecks, looking at the early documentation and reading early manuscripts, some of the different sources that are available for shipwreck research and at carrying out a research project. The course is taught by Richard Larn who has authored many books and carried out a wealth of historical martime research over his career.

The course will consist of both practical and theoretical sessions in order to help meet the aims and objectives A maximum of 11 credit points will be available in the Reaseach and IT Part III module.

Part III courses are open to everyone, however credit points will only be awarded to those who have completed the NAS Introduction Course
